Amazing initiative for our mother earth! I recently visited India's first earth-friendly project, and I was thoroughly impressed. The luxury apartments with deck are a fantastic addition, but what truly stood out to me was the incorporation of solar systems, which significantly reduce electricity bills. Located near Mumbai's largest green plateau (National Park), Borivali Railway Station, Metro Station, Highway, and Bus Depo, this project offers convenience and sustainability. Additionally, its proximity to temples like Mota Ambaji, Okarswer Mahadev, and Derasar adds to its appeal. Kudos to Sanjay Mittal Sir for this remarkable initiative.
